Job Description :

1. Work on generating the leads from various Online resources and take them through the cycle of qualification to closure/transfer as required.

2. E-Mail mining and database creation for email marketing.

3. Execute prospecting techniques such as Calls and Email Marketing to hunt for new business.

4. Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline.

5. Strategizing the digital marketing efforts including SEO, email, content marketing and other inbound mechanisms

6. Respond to incoming Requests for Information(RFIs), Requests for Proposals(RFPs) in a professional and creative manner

7. Outbound calling to establish connects with appropriate CIOs, VPs, Directors for understanding customer techology landscape

8. Will be responsible to manage Monthly, Quarterly & Annual goals towards new acquisitions as well as revenue.

9. Identify potential prospects by analyzing markets/domains and track potential prospective clients.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience: 2+ years of B2B Lead generation experience (Ideally in UX, IT, Design/Communication).

Skills Required:

1. Experience in B2B Sales for USA or Europian market

2. Frugal and Growth hacking mind-set

3. Experience developing effective tactical marketing strategies to support sales acquisition

4. Ability to manage and track lead generation and a sales pipeline through CRM system

5. Aggressive, proactive approach with a hunter sales mentality

6. Proven track record hitting and exceeding lead targets

7. Strategic mind-set focused around a value-add sales approach

8. Exceptional communication, persuasion & negotiation skills (both verbal & written).

9. Agile and creative approach to business development.
